DuBois, PA – Soul Platter Cafe, the pay-what-you-can cafe in DuBois, is reopening in a new location starting this Saturday. Check them out at 28 East Scribner Ave., this Saturday, Dec. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This Saturday’s menu is:
Entree – Roasted pork tenderloin, parsley butter potatoes, steamed green beans and a dinner roll – suggested price $8
Sandwich – Italian roast beef and cheddar sliders, cole slaw & chips – suggested price $7
Wrap – ham & cheese, served with lettuce, tomato, chips & pickle – suggested price $6
Famous yogurt bowl – greek style yogurt with fresh fruits, granola, chia, honey, nuts, peanut butter and hazelnut spread – suggested price $6
Soup – vegetarian vegetable soup… great way to warm up on a cold day! – suggest price cup $3, bowl $5
Breakfast sandwich – ham, cheddar, & egg, served with potatoes – suggested price $6
For dessert: luscious lemon cake $3 or homemade rice pudding – suggested price $2
As always Soul Platter Cafe operates as “Pay what you can”. Everyone is welcome and treated the same! Prices are suggested.
