DUBOIS – A smoothie machine will soon be installed for students at the DuBois Area High School.
At Thursday’s DuBois School Board meeting, Superintendent Wendy Benton told the directors that a $5,000 School Breakfast Expansion Grant was approved through the Penn State Department of Nutritional Sciences. Benton said the smoothie machine project should be completed by the end of 2024, and she expressed gratitude for being able to use grant funds to enhance the free breakfast program at the DuBois High School.
