Sligo woman wanted for spending $3,600 on card of person she was caring for

Sligo, PA – A 28-year-old Clarion County woman is wanted for illegally using the ATM card of a person who she was caring for.

State Police in Clarion say there is a active warrant out for 28-year-old Rayne Megan Watters from Sligo.

Watters allegedly used an ATM card to make approximately $3,628.58 in unauthorized purchases.

The card had been given to Watters on Aug. 24, 2019, when she had been caring for the victim. However, she kept the card and continued to make purchases with it until Oct. 16, 2019.

Watters is facing one count of Access Device Issued to Another Who Did Not Authorize Use.
