UNDATED – A Pennsylvania State Representative is introducing legislation to regulate skill games in the Commonwealth.
State Representative Kerry Benninghoff’s bill, if adopted, would create new regulations for skill games limiting the types of establishments allowed to have them and how many machines are allowed.
If this bill passes all current skill games locations would have to be grandfathered in.
