DUBOIS – 11 skill games locations within the City of DuBois are facing legal action.
According to the city’s solicitor, three locations have been prosecuted, including the unauthorized 333 West Long Avenue facility, with another eight having citations issued.
With favor of the magistrate, these locations will continue to get citations and fines as long as they continue to operate in violation of local ordinances.
