Shirtless man holding limp woman over shoulder reported in Clarion County

Beaver Township, PA – Police say they got reports of a suspicious vehicle in Clarion County, with what appeared to be a shirtless man holding an unconscious woman over his shoulder.

The report was made around 1:10 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9 at a gravel pull-off spot near exit 53 on Interstate 80, Beaver Township.

Witnesses say they saw a tall, middle-aged man without a shirt carrying a woman who appeared to be limp over his shoulder. There was another white middle-aged man in the driver’s seat of the small navy blue car with an open bed.

When the witness drove by the vehicle a second time, they say they saw the man talking with the driver, this time without a woman. The witness says then the man got into the passenger’s side of the vehicle and got onto eastbound Interstate 80.
