CLEARFIELD – A Sheffield man will spend up to five years in State Prison after pleading guilty to leading police on a high speed chase.
We previously reported that police attempted to execute a warrant arrest on 23 year-old Jacob Disshon when he sped off leading police on a vehicle pursuit.
After pleading guilty to felony DUI and fleeing/eluding police he was sentenced to spend between 20 months to five years in State Prison. He was also eligible for the state’s drug treatment program.
