CLEARFIELD – Aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors charges against a 35-year-old Clearfield County man will proceed in county court.
Clearfield Regional Police arrested Lance Spencer on those charges following a months-long investigation. Spencer waived his preliminary hearing rights on Wednesday.
According to court documents, Spencer is accused of sexually assaulting two preteen girls.
Spencer reportedly posted a $25,000 bail bond earlier this month, and he was released from the Clearfield County Jail.
