BROOKVILLE – A recent threat made by a Brookville Student has led to charges and sparked discussions on school safety.

This stems from Terroristic Threats charges against a student that allegedly threatened to kill other students at school.

Superintendent Erich May is now emphasizing that safety and security is the district’s top priority.

Parents are asked to talk to their children and remind them of the importance of speaking up either to authority figures in school or using the state hotline Safe2Say.
