SANDY TWP. – Sandy Township has declared a burn ban effective immediately.
On Wednesday, Sandy Township Fire Chief Jason Runyon declared a burn ban for all of Sandy Township due to the current severe drought conditions.
According to the report, the ban includes all open fires and will continue until further notice.
