SANDY TOWNSHIP – A Sunday night Amish buggy accident left a truck totaled and only minor injuries.
Crews were notified of a truck vs buggy accident at around 8pm Sunday night at 2120 Binker Parkway.
After responding to the scene only a pair of minor injuries from the buggy’s occupants were reported, and a horse was missing.
The two injured were taken to Penn Highlands for treatment, and the horse was found later with some minor cuts and scrapes near the Edgewood Skating Rink.
The truck’s driver was unharmed, however the truck was totaled.
