Routine Traffic Stop Leads to Firearm Charges

PUNXSUTAWNEY – A routine Traffic Stop has led to one man facing felony firearms charges.

According to police, during a routine traffic stop the suspect, 39 year-old Kyle Rebuck told police  there was a firearm in the vehicle. Once confiscated police learned that the gun allegedly did not belong to Rebuck and due to a mental health exam he was not to be in possession of one either.

He is now facing multiple felony charges with a preliminary hearing set for May 15th.
