CLEARFIELD – A standard traffic stop led to a warrant arrest in Clearfield last Wednesday.
According to the Clearfield Regional Police Department, a vehicle was pulled over around Bowmans Hill Road and River Road for an alleged misused registration plate.
It was later discovered that the 37 year-old female driver was wanted on multiple arrest warrants.
In addition, police believed the woman was under the influence.
She was placed under arrest and transported to Penn Highlands Clearfield for a legal blood draw.
