ROCKTON – You may be without water this morning as crews make repairs behind the Rockton Post Office.
The Union Township Municipal Authority says that they plan to replace a six inch water line tee in the alley behind the post office beginning at 8am today.
They say if you live west North Street, you will be affected. These areas include DuBois Rockton Road, Old DuBois Road, Lee Road, Helen Lane, Huey Lane, Shortcut Road, Krik Road and Blue Jay Drive.
After the work is finished, crews will flush the water lines. Because of this, you are asked to boil your water for drinking and cooking until the water is safe.
