RIDGWAY – A Ridgway man is facing assault charges after allegedly attacking someone in late November.
According to police, 45 year-old Joseph Tettis allegedly attacked another individual when returning borrowed property.
The victim told police that Tettis had borrowed some items and when the victim asked for them to be returned, Tettis brought them back while he was intoxicated.
Tettis then allegedly attacked the victim causing some injuries. Tettis is now being held in the Elk County Prison facing assault charges.
