RIDGWAY – A Ridgway man is behind bars after allegedly strangling a woman during an argument.
On November 29th police responded to a North Mill Avenue address for reports of a domestic dispute. Once on scene, police learned that 22 year-old Zeke Oknefski was allegedly drinking when he got into an argument that turned physical.
The victim allegedly told police that Oknefski allegedly grabbed her neck and choked her.
He was then taken to the Elk County Jail where he faces felony strangulation charges.
