RIDGWAY – A Ridgway man is behind bars after allegedly sexually assaulting a 14 year-old girl.
According to police, on July 20th the victim reported that 21 year-old Skyler Hannah had allegedly made her touch him inappropriately and forced her to have sex with him.
When questioned, Hannah claimed that he saw her on rare occasions. He is now at the Elk County Jail facing felony statutory sexual assault, indecent assault without consent, and indecent assault of a person less than 16.
