SANDY TWP – There is officially a candidate seeking the Republican nomination for Sandy Township Supervisor in the May 16th primary election.
Richard Whitaker says he considers it an honor to be in the running for the Sandy Township position, and it is time to take a fresh look at how we do things, to think outside the box, and to cause our area to thrive.
Whitaker is a DuBois native, small business owner, and pastor.
He has worked with the Treasure Lake Board and he chaired the DuBois/Sandy Township nine-person consolidation committee.
