REYNOLDSVILLE – A Reynoldsville man is behind bars after allegedly breaking his sexual offender registration in September.
According to State Police, 28 year-old Steffan Dolby, who was on the sex offender registry, had allegedly used social media for child pornography in September.
At the time of the incident Dolby had no access to electronics, however police later learned he had used his girlfriend’s phone to apply for jobs.
In the end, police accuse Dolby of possessing several child pornography images and videos, in addition to the broken registration.
He is currently in the Jefferson County Jail awaiting a November 27th preliminary hearing.
