REYNOLDSVILLE – A Jefferson County man is facing assault charges for allegedly shooting at an occupied house with a BB gun.
State Police accuse Dennis Clontz Jr of Reynoldsville of shooting at a house along Wishaw Road in Winslow Township last week. A 43-year-old woman, 18-year-old woman, and 19-year-old man were allegedly in the house at the time it was shot.
Clontz was arraigned on charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal mischief. His bail was set at $20,000
