REYNOLDSVILLE – Theft charges have been filed against a Reynoldsville man for allegedly stealing a pickup truck for a short drive.

State Police say they observed a home surveillance video that shows 42-year-old Brian Perrin getting into the truck and driving away.

When the truck was recovered a short time later, it was reportedly parked off the roadway next to an abandoned house with the keys still in the ignition.

Troopers made contact with Perrin within a few hours at a Worth Street residence.

He denied taking the truck.

Perrin’s preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
