REYNOLDSVILLE – A Reynoldsville man is facing multiple charges after allegedly driving under the influence while transporting Amish passengers.
On January 2nd police pulled over a vehicle after allegedly running a stop sign. During the traffic stop police learned the driver, 58 year-old Patrick Reitz Jr. license was suspended.
Police also noted strong marijuana odors coming from the vehicle, in addition to young children in the vehicle that were allegedly not properly strapped in.
He has now been charged with felony DUI, reckless endangerment, and multiple other traffic violations.
