Harrisburg, PA – Next Monday, July 6, renters and homeowners who were financially impacted by the economic slowdown related to the coronavirus pandemic will be able to apply for rent and mortgage relief through the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA).
In preparation, the PHFA has already made the application available online for viewing at https://www.phfa.org/pacares/.
To qualify, renters or homeowners must document a minimum 30% reduction in income since March 1 related to COVID-19, or have been unemployed after March 1.
