DUBOIS – Location, Location, Location, that was the thought of the real estate group Realty One when they opened a physical office location in DuBois.
Realty One is a nationwide real estate group, with seven other locations within our area, the group is now calling DuBois home.
We spoke with Tyler Thompson, a co-owner of Realty One Group Landmark who believes that this branch office can stimulate growth in the DuBois area.
“We currently have six agents in the DuBois office,“ explained Thompson. “We look forward to probably doubling that over the next year. We also have offices in Punxsutawney and Clearfield nearby, that are in their growth phases as well. So we just look forward to growing that agent count and serving our clients in these areas, and look forward to the future in DuBois.
Realty One DuBois officially opened their new business location at 3215 Beeline Highway, right next to Treasure Lake’s entrance, Tuesday.
