UNDATED – In less than a month a REAL ID, or any federal accepted identification, will be required for domestic flights.
Starting on May 7th, you will need this form of ID to not only board domestic flights, but to also gain access to some federal buildings.
To get your REAL ID, you must have several items including proof of identity, proof of your Social Security number, two proofs of your address, and if you have changed your name, you must have documentation of the change.
