Punxsutawney, PA – A Punxsutawney man is accused of severely physically abusing a 5-month-old boy, leaving the child with a broken arm.
Police were called to the Punxsutawney Area Hospital on Aug. 14 for suspected child abuse.
After an investigation, they determined that 32-year-old Matthew Knox from Punxsutawney had assaulted the 5-month-old boy from West Mifflin.
The child had a broken arm and other injuries.
Knox was arrested and transported to the Indiana County Jail.
