HomeCrimePunxsutawney woman charged with burglary and criminal trespassPunxsutawney woman charged with burglary and criminal trespassMon, May 23, 2022 by Louise BennettSHARE NOW Punxsutawney – A Punxsutawney woman has been jailed on charges of stealing a diamond ring and then selling it for $1,800.Police say 52-year-old Kimberly McMullen was arrested for burglary, theft, criminal trespass and receiving stolen property.McMullen is in the Jefferson County Jail on $20,000 bail.Her preliminary hearing will be June 9th.Court documents indicate that McMullen is accused of stealing the ring from an unnamed victim who originally purchased the ring from McMullen for $1,000.The ring was taken to a Johnstown jewelry store and sold for $1,800.An employee of the jewelry store confirmed that the person who sold the ring was McMullen, and they had a copy of her driver’s license.
