Punxsutawney Man Accused of Weekend Burglaries

PUNXSUTAWNEY – A Punxsutawney man has been imprisoned after allegedly robbing multiple restaurants over the weekend.

Police received reports from the Punxsutawney Taco Inc Mexican Bar and Grille and Neko’s Italian Restaurant that they were broken into.

After surveillance footage began circulating online, police received a tip that the individual was 27 year-old Tristen Lambert.

When police questioned him, he allegedly admitted to breaking into the two businesses and stealing money from Taco Inc.

He was then taken to the Jefferson County Jail where he faces felony burglary and criminal trespass charges.
