PUNXSUTAWNEY – A Punxsutawney man has been jailed after allegedly planning to meet who he thought was a 15 year-old girl for sex.
In late November, police received messages between 31 year-old Zachary Runyon and the group 814 Pred Hunters disguised as a 15 year-old girl.
The messages allegedly showed multiple sexual exchanges, including photos, between Runyon and the minor.
They made plans to meet at the Punxsutawney Memorial Library on December 11th where he was met by police instead.
Runyon is currently housed at the Jefferson County Jail where he faces multiple sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and corruption of minors charges.
