PUNXSUTAWNEY – A Punxsutawney man is facing several charges after he was accused of inappropriately touching an underage girl.
According to Punxsutawney Police, on July 19th, 27 year-old Navada Shaffer was at the victim’s home when he allegedly touched her inappropriately.
After the alleged contact, the victim went to their room and locked the door to escape Shaffer.
When questioned by Police Shaffer allegedly admitted he was at the home and claimed he may have accidentally touched her chest while hugging her.
Now, Shaffer is facing Felony unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and indecent assault charges.
