DUBOIS – For the second meeting in a row, close to 100 people turned out to the DuBois City Council meeting demanding the resignation of Councilwoman Jennifer Jackson.
This all stems from a comment made from the Councilwoman on Wednesday October 16th saying “I have three firemen that sit here and would let my building burn to the ground.”
Since that incident droves of area firefighters and members of the public have demanded that she resign from the City Council.
This week, three spoke during the meeting, Vice President of the DuBois Volunteer Fire Department Rick Sierzega, Stacy Downer, and Former City Councilwoman Diane Bernardo.
