Johnsonburg, PA – A previously abandoned building that had just been purchased was destroyed in an arson in Johnsonburg.
State Police in Ridgway say the building in the 600 block of East Center Street in Johnsonburg had been abandoned for a number of years, but it had recently been purchased by Dream Investments from Force, PA.
The police report lists the incident as happening on Dec. 30, around 2:30 p.m.
A known but unnamed 30-year-old man was found to have entered the building and purposefully started the fire.
He was taken into custody.
