TROUTVILLE – Preliminary work for a bridge replacement project begins today along Route 410 near Troutville.
PennDOT officials say clearing and grubbing work will take place off the roadway near the 90-year-old bridge than spans Stump Creek. The work to build a temporary roadway is scheduled for the first week of April. At that time, stop and yield signs will be installed to direct traffic across the temporary roadway and avoid the work zone.
It is expected that the $1.7 million bridge replacement project will be completed in early November.
