Preliminary Hearing held today for Zachary Dodson

Six charges including 3 felonies against former Curwensville police officer Zachary Dodson were bound over to court during a preliminary hearing in Clearfield today.  There were 10 charges in the original complaint.  Dodson is accused of shooting a man in the face at Invictus in DuBois back in February.  Bail was set at $50,000.  Dodson must also refrain from  alcohol, controlled substances and he’s not allowed to possess any weapons.

Senior Magisterial District Judge of Centre County Carmine Prestia Jr. proceeded over the preliminary hearing.
