Polls open for Primary Election Day

Today is primary election day in Pennsylvania.

Polls open at 7 this morning and close at 8 this evening.

Registered voters are choosing their party’s candidates for governor, lieutenant governor, U.S. House and Senate, state House and state Senate, as well as members of the Republican and Democrat State committees.

Mail-in and civilian absentee ballots must be received by your county Board of Elections no later than 8 p.m. tonight.

Only voters registered as Republicans or Democrats are eligible to vote for candidates in the primary election.
