The theft reportedly happened on May 14th along the Philipsburg-Bigler Highway in Decatur Township, Clearfield County. A 63-year-old unnamed Philipsburg woman told police that an unknown white female and an unknown white male approached her. The female allegedly grabbed the jewelry, which features a sitting buddha figure on a pendant, off her neck. The suspects left the scene in a white SUV.
