
DUBOIS – DuBois Police are currently on the lookout for a man suspected of robbing a Family Dollar in DuBois Wednesday night.
According to DuBois Police, a little before 8pm, a man wearing a black mask, black and white flannel shirt, dark jeans, and boots went to the counter and allegedly demanded money while keeping a hand inside his pocket.
While police are unsure if the suspect had a firearm, they believe he could be armed and dangerous.
“He had his hand in his pocket, asked for the money, he didn’t brandish a weapon but he had his hand in his pocket like he might of had something,” explained Officer Shawn McCleary. “Afterwards he left and ran past Giant Eagle towards West Long Avenue.”
