Pike Township, PA – A Clearfield County woman is being accused of cruelty to animals after allegedly leaving her horse outside without the proper shelter or access to water.
Police give very few details, only saying that it was reported on Windy Hill Road in Pike Township near Curwensville on Jan. 5.
The investigation continues.
