REYNOLDSVILLE – Reynoldsville Police have filed indecent assault charges against a 55-year-old man for allegedly smacking a woman on her backside.
According to court documents in Jefferson County, Patrick Reitz Jr. of Reynoldsville is accused of assaulting the victim at a convenience store two weeks ago.
Police say the woman is an employee of the store, doesn’t know Reitz personally, and only sees him occasionally as a customer.
The preliminary hearing for Reitz has been scheduled for later this month.
