Plea agreement to cover four criminal cases against Clearfield woman is rejected

CLEARFIELD – An attempted plea agreement to cover four separate criminal cases pending against a Clearfield woman has been rejected by President Judge Frederic Ammerman.

According to Clearfield County Court documents, attorneys for 33-year-old Bobbie Sue Yatsko requested a plea agreement which asked for a sentence of time served, which has only been 82 days.

Ammerman ruled earlier this week that the terms of the plea agreement for Yatsko was unacceptable.

Four separate cases will move forward in which Yatsko will be tried on charges of fighting with police, assault of a neighbor, using a cattle prod on another neighbor, and disorderly conduct at her home.

Yatsko is currently being held in the Clearfield County Jail.
