SANDY TOWNSHIP – Platt Road in Sandy Township will be closed so that repairs can be made to the B-and-P Railroad tracks.
Township officials say the portion of Platt Road from Route 255 to the PennDOT shed will be closed starting at 7am today. It is expected to re-open Wednesday when the repairs are complete. … Also, a pair of bridges that span Anderson Creek on Interstate 80 in Clearfield County are scheduled for repairs beginning today.
PennDOT says the work will include deck repair and resurfacing. The bridges are located between mile markers 105 and 107 in Union Township.
The project is expected to be completed in six weeks.
