Treasure Lake – Steps are being made to bring back a local ski lodge.
This week plans were brought forward for the returning ski lodge, and tweaked to the Township’s specifications.
According to Township/City Manager Shawn Arbaugh, the initial plans had a few issues with stormwater, but now things are back on track with it currently being put out to bid and a 2024 construction start date.
A full look at the new plans will be at the Sandy Township’s Supervisors meeting on September 16th.
The former ski lodge, located at 240 Ski Lodge Road in Treasure Lake, was in disrepair and subsequently demolished in January 2023.
