DUBOIS – More than 250 DuBois homes will be affected by a planned power outage Sunday.
According to Sandy Township Manager Shawn Arbaugh, Penelec customers in the Brady Street / Dixon Avenue area will have their electric service interrupted for up to six hours.
The planned power outage begins at 8am Sunday, and work should be completed by 2pm.
Arbaugh said Penelec crews will be replacing insulators and enhancing circuit reliability for customers in that area.
