Pittsburgh man makes terroristic threats to 11 people in Clarion County

Licking Township, PA – A Pittsburgh man is accused of making terroristic threats towards 11 people during an incident in Clarion County.

State Police say it happened just before midnight on Feb. 3 at a location along Whitmer Road in Licking Township.

40-year-old Brian Kennedy from Pittsburgh reportedly made terroristic threats to several people, including a 48-year-old man, 38-year-old man, and 61-year-old woman all from Clarion, and a 37-year-old Rimersburg woman.

They do not give any more details about what led the man to make the threats.
