BROOKVILLE – Felony drug charges have been filed in Jefferson County Court against a 31-year-old Pittsburgh man. The charges follow a five-month investigation into Anthony Toler, after he was stopped for various traffic violations in Brookville.
According to court documents, when Toler was pulled over by State Police in September, he allegedly failed a field sobriety test, and it was discovered that his license was suspended and he had an active arrest warrant out of Ohio. A subsequent search of Toler’s vehicle reportedly turned up 35 grams of methamphetamine, other drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
In addition to various drug crimes, Toler has also been charged several traffic violations.
His preliminary hearing in Brookville is scheduled for March 12th.
