Philipsburg Man Sentenced to State Prison

PHILLIPSBURG – A Phillipsburg man will be spending up to four years in state prison for felony drug charges.

According to court documents, 43 year-old Nathan Folmar pleaded guilty to felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

All of this stems from when police discovered a van owned by Folmar parked at a woman’s house who had an active PFA against him. He resisted officer’s efforts to place him into custody where police found 44 grams of Methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia. 

Now, he will spend between 18 months and four years behind state prison bars.
