CLEARFIELD – A Philipsburg man is going to spend up to a year behind bars for inappropriately touching a 13 year-old girl.
37 year-old Justin Harzinski was accused of putting his hand down her pants, and placing her hand on his privates in a separate occurrence.
After initially denying the claims, he later admitted to the altercation.
Now he has been sentenced to spend between six months to one year in county jail with four years of probation. He also has to register as a sex offender.
