CLEARFIELD — A charge of indecent assault was filed against a 36-year-old Clearfield County man for inappropriately touching a nurse at the GEO processing center.
State Police say O’Neil Francis of Philipsburg is being held in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
According to court documents, Francis is accused of touching the victim on her arm and hip areas during a medical exam last week.
The GEO processing center is an immigration detention center at the former site of the Moshannon Valley Prison in Decatur Township.
