HARRISBURG – County boards of elections have been ordered by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to not count ballots that are undated or have incorrectly dated outer envelopes.

This order will be applied to Pennsylvanians who vote by mail in the November 8th election.

Nearly 1-million vote-by-mail ballots have already been returned according to the Department of State.

It is uncertain how many ballots will be undated or incorrectly dated, and impacted by the decision.
