Pennsylvania State Trooper Arrested

Harrisburg, PA – Pennsylvania State Trooper Jamhal Simon was arrested this past week after being accused of altering military orders he received as a member of the Ohio Air National Guard. He is also alleged to have forged the signature of a non-commissioned officer.

Simon is facing misdemeanor charges of Forgery and Tampering with records of identification.

This arrest came after an investigation conducted by the Bureau of Integrity and Professional Standards, Internal Affairs Division.

State Police officials also notified Simon’s military chain of command of his arrest.

Trooper Simon is currently suspended without pay pending resolution of the criminal charges against him.
